Our return policy is within 3 Days starting from the day the order is delivered. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused / unseal which in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- If we made a mistake with your order, we will resend the correct item. We will cover for item return shipping fee.
- If you made a mistake when you ordered (wrong product, wrong address, etc), any amendments or any change of mind will no longer be possible. We would like to remind you to review your order carefully before submitting your payment.
- Any items returned without AXTOYSCENTURY approval will not be accepted, refunded, or returned to the sender.
- AXTOYSCENTURY tracks all returns for return abuse and reserves the right to regulate the number of exchanges or returns at any time.
- Any change of mind is not accepted as we only replace item if they are defected or damaged.
Refund (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be process within 7-14 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account or original method of payment.
**If your item is backorder/Preorder/Booking as requested, unfortunately we can’t accept for the cancel with any reason.
- If you made a mistake when you ordered (wrong product, wrong address, etc), any amendments or any change of mind will no longer be possible else there would be a minimum charge of processing fee as low as 5%.
- If we are unable to replace the product due to unavailability or other causes, we will proceed to refund your item.
Exchanges (if applicable)
