Return Policy

At Axtoyscentury, we want you to be completely satisfied with your collectibles. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all factory seals intact.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective or significantly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage.
Important Note for Collectors:
Minor packaging flaws, slight scuffs, or small creases on the outer box are not considered manufacturing defects. We cannot guarantee "mint" box condition unless explicitly stated on the product page. Returns requested solely due to minor box imperfections may be subject to a restocking fee or denied.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened items or items with broken factory seals.
- Blind boxes or mystery figures that have been opened (even if the inner foil is sealed).
- Pre-order deposits or clearance/sale items.
- Gift cards and downloadable software products.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at support@axtoyscentury.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is approved, you will be provided with a return shipping address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and securely padding the collectible, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged in transit back to us.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or provide store credit, depending on your preference). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
