As a retailer of collectible items, we strive to ship products in the best possible condition. However, minor packaging flaws, scuffs, or slight creases are not considered defective products. We cannot guarantee "mint" box condition unless explicitly stated on the product page.

3. Pre-Orders

• Estimated Arrival: Pre-order release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers and are highly subject to delays.
• Payment: Full payment is collected at checkout to secure your allocation.
• Cancellations: Pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed, as we allocate stock immediately with our distributors based on your order.
• Fulfillment: If an item is canceled by the manufacturer or short-shipped, you will receive a full refund.

4. Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Axtoyscentury is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred on international shipments. Once a package is handed over to the courier and tracking is provided, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
